Hi, I’m Mila.

I love places where, the moment you walk in, you feel at home. Maybe that’s exactly why I enjoy welcoming guests to Bansko so much.

For me, this has never been simply “renting out an apartment”. Behind every booking, I see people who have chosen to spend part of their time here — to rest, be with their family, ski, walk in the mountains, or simply escape everyday life for a few days.

When you arrive, I don’t want you to feel like just another guest, but like someone who was genuinely expected.

That’s why I pay attention to the little things. Replying on time. Recommending a place I would choose myself for dinner. Helping whenever you have a question. And making sure everything is just as I would want it to be if I were arriving for a holiday myself.

Before I started welcoming guests, I worked in advertising and with many different people. That experience taught me to listen, notice the details and, above all, understand that no two situations — and no two guests — are ever exactly the same.

What makes me happiest today are the little messages after a stay: “Thank you, Mila” or “We’ll be back.”

That’s when I know I’ve managed to create not just a place to sleep, but a small, lovely experience that stays with you.
